LISA GIOIA

Lisa plays an integral role at Masterpiece as Senior Vice President and Director of Design. She applies her strong leadership and artistic skills while overseeing all of the design teams, working directly with our designers and clients to ensure success for each project every step of the way.

Lisa brought her positive attitude, attention to detail and creativity to Masterpiece in 2004, but she’s known she wanted to be in interior design since the seventh grade. After gaining early experience in the industry alongside her aunt, Lisa began working with local designers throughout high school. She continued to follow her passion at Florida State University where she graduated at the top of her class and was recognized for her excellence by being one of two students elected to present at the Regional Design Awards. Her recognition continued in her professional career at Masterpiece, winning several M Awards and multiple Aurora Awards.

Beyond design, Lisa’s interests include fitness, gardening and anything in the great outdoors with her husband Joe, and her two children, John and McKenna.
